* Aluminium gallium indium phosphide (AlGaInP): yellow, orange and red high-brightness LEDs
* The aluminum gallium arsenide (AlGaAs) red LED and IR
* gallium phosphide (GAP), yellow and green LEDs

Small Form Factor
