Is using polycarbonate lens while using desktop pc with lcd reduces eye fatigue?
i’am curious.. is using polycarbonate lens can reduce eye fatigue when you are using desktops having LCD? Another question is, does LCD monitors emits UV rays or other dangerous rays? I’am using 193FW AOC LCD monitor… many thanks to those who will answer.. 
(i ask this because polycarbonate lens reflects UV)
If monitors gave off UV rays, or any other dangerous rays , don’t you think we would all know about it, and have to wear special goggles while using them ?
So no, of course not, there are no rays of any kind coming from a monitor.
It makes no difference what kind of lenses you wear either , although if you have to wear glasses at the computer, it is better to have an anti reflection coating on them to eliminate glare that would happen on the lenses otherwise.
To reduce fatigue, the secret is just not over doing the time you spend at it. Take lots of breaks to look around the room , and keep your monitor at least 28 inches away so that your eyes are not constantly accommodating for near vision.
